Announcement:
Please be informed that Fight Hub is no longer responsible for running the MMA training program at the Silver Hill gym.
Coaches Odain and Leon— the two coaches who played a huge role in making Fight Hub's MMA club what it was— are taking over from Fight Hub and running their own club out of the gym, with the same members. Just under their own club's banner now.
Their club is named Fight Lab and everyone will be directed to their IG when it's available.
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of the Fight Hub journey.

"More than a few people have told me they think I made a lot of progress in the short time I’ve been training. But if that’s true, then I owe a lot of the credit to Thomas Ridgeon and Odain Jackman — so I want to give them a shout out.
I had the privilege of getting a bunch of private coaching from both these guys over the course of the winter.
I can’t say enough about how valuable it was to spend one-on-one time with both of these fantastic coaches — having them evaluate exactly what would help me make the most progress, and giving me a personalized focus for my training.
I really appreciated Thomas’ analytical and systematic coaching style, and the way he incorporates a games-based approach to teaching and training. I feel like he helped me add a ton of puzzle pieces to my jiu jitsu — allowing me to go from just laying there getting smashed most of the time, to actually being able to play the game.
And I learned so much from Odain’s intuitive, organic and kinaesthetic approach to coaching. He also taught me a lot about pressure and making people uncomfortable — so for any of my friends who ended up on the receiving end of that … well … that’s all Odain’s fault. lol
Plus … both these coaches had a way of rolling with me that gave me just enough room to move and explore what we were working on, while still making it challenging and frustrating.
Anyhow, if you’re interested in progressing faster than you have any right to, you might want to talk to one of these guys."
